Privacy

We collect account data, discipline case inputs, plans, action and check-in evidence, and optional usefulness ratings only to operate and improve the Cybernetic Loop. We do not sell personal data or use case text for AI evaluation without an explicit, de-identified evaluation process.

You can delete an individual discipline case. Its related plans, evidence, and AI decision records are removed together; only a de-identified deletion receipt is retained for audit. Terminal cases are eligible for deletion after 90 days, application logs after 30 days, and expired backups after 30 days.

Terms of Use

The system is designed for responsible use. OS-level tracking is opt-in and must align with local laws and team policies.

Refunds

Refunds and subscription management are handled by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. Follow FastSpring guidance for billing support.
